Dubai increases parking fees in Al Sufouh 2’s Zone F – Here’s what motorists need to know

Dubai: Dubai’s public parking operator, Parkin PJSC, has announced a revision of parking tariffs in Al Sufouh 2, primarily affecting Zone F. The changes impact motorists in areas such as TECOM, Dubai Media City, and Dubai Internet City.

Many residents and employees in the area were notified of the revised tariffs via SMS from the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).
Updated parking charges for Zone F
Zone F covers key business and education hubs, including Knowledge Village, Dubai Media City, and Dubai Internet City. The new parking fees are as follows:

Dh2 for 30 minutes

Dh4 for 1 hour

Dh8 for 2 hours

Dh12 for 3 hours

Dh16 for 4 hours

Dh20 for 5 hours

Dh24 for 6 hours

Dh28 for 7 hours

Dh32 for 24 hours

How do these changes compare to previous rates?
Prior to this update, the parking fees in Zone F were significantly lower:
Dh2 for 1 hour

Dh5 for 2 hours

Dh8 for 3 hours

Dh11 for 4 hours
