The Court of Cassation recorded a 112% dismissal rate, closing 6,210 cases out of 5,549 registered. Similarly, Primary Courts achieved a 107% dismissal rate, resolving 61,804 cases from 57,784 filings.
Justice Delivered Faster and Smarter
A comprehensive judicial strategy emphasizing both speed and accuracy reduced case resolution times to:
- 74 days in Primary Courts
- 75 days in Appellate Courts
- 73 days in Cassation Courts
Judgment accuracy reached 85% in Primary Courts and 86% in Appellate Courts. These achievements were made possible through the integration of an advanced electronic evaluation system that analyzes judgment quality and tracks amendment patterns.
