New Delhi: Dr Roy Kallivayal has been elected chairman and global vice president of the World Mental Health Federation Asia-Pacific. He is the first Indian to hold this position. He will officiate at the World Federation of Mental Health’s Global Conference to be held in London from June 28 onwards.
