Donald Trump says again ‘I won the election’

NIRMAL YESODA

Before the US presidential election that was held on November 3, several political experts had claimed that Donald Trump will not be ready for a peaceful transformation of power if he loses the elections. Now, the worst fear of these experts has apparently come true as Donald Trump has once again claimed that he has won the elections, despite Biden procuring the required electoral votes.

On November 16, Donald Trump posted on his Twitter page that he has won the election, without offering any evidence.

As soon as Trump made this post, Twitter flagged this tweet with a message, ‘Official sources called this election differently.’

Donald Trump had several times alleged that this year’s presidential election was marred by widespread voting fraud. Trump’s election campaign has also filed a number of lawsuits claiming that there was widespread voting fraud in the election this year.

According to the latest updates, Biden is projected to grab at least 306 electoral college votes, while Donald Trump’s electoral votes are just 237.

In the meantime, several netizens have started claiming that Donald Trump’s claims are purely absurd, and they alleged that he is trying to tarnish the values of American democracy.
