Digital Private School signs MOU with British Council Oman

MUSCAT : Digital Private School, a leading International Baccalaureate (IB) school in Muscat, is proud to announce the signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the British Council Oman. The MOU was signed by Ms. Azza Al Mahrooqi, Managing Director, and Mr. Thomas Lloyd, Country Director of British Council Oman. This partnership will involve the British Council providing an external overview and evaluation of the school’s 11th-grade exams, further enhancing students’ academic rigor and global standards.

The MOU formalizes the British Council’s role in independently overseeing the assessment process for the 11th-grade exams. With its expertise in managing international examinations, the British Council will ensure the evaluation process’s fairness, transparency, and integrity, offering valuable external insights into student performance.
Dr. Muneer Al Maskari, CEO of Digital Private School, expressed enthusiasm about the new collaboration: “We are delighted to partner with the British Council Oman. This agreement marks an important milestone in our commitment to maintaining international standards in education. Our 11th-grade students will benefit from an impartial and globally recognized evaluation, helping them comprehensively understand their academic progress.”
The British Council’s involvement in reviewing the 11th-grade exams will ensure that Digital Private School students receive an internationally recognized perspective on their academic achievements.
