Alia Bhatt ‘Sadak 2’ trailer gets thumbs down from netizens

Shortly after the trailer of ‘Sadak 2’ was released, the movie has received only 25K likes on YouTube. The trailer garnered a whopping 165K dislikes declaring it the ‘most disliked trailer’.

The film’s promotions has been hugely affected ever since the demise of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Directed by Mahesh Bhatt, the movie has been heavily trolled for being a product of nepotism.

From the tweets put out by several users, it is clear that netizens were waiting for the opportunity for the release of the trailer to hit the thumbs down icon on YouTube.

One day prior to the release, the hashtag #uninstallHotstar was trending on Twitter and many called on people to boycott the Bhatt’s movie. While, there were other people who refused to follow the social media trend and commented that the film should be criticised on merit.

The movie stars Sanjay Dutt, Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapoor in lead roles.This movie is a sequel to 1991 film ‘Sadak’ starrer Pooja Bhatt and Sanjay Dutt.
