Al Dakhiliyah Governorate to unveil new visual identity to boost tourism and investment in Oman

Muscat: The ceremony will be held under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Ghassan bin Hilal bin Khalifa Al Alawi, Chairman of the State Financial and Administrative Audit Authority.

This initiative aligns with Oman Vision 2040, aiming to encapsulate the governorate’s cultural and historical essence while driving economic, tourism, and social activities. By consolidating its identity, Ad Dakhiliyah seeks to position itself as a hub of innovation, tourism, and investment.

His Excellency Sheikh Hilal bin Saeed Al Hajri, Governor of Ad Dakhiliyah, stated that the visual identity aims to enhance the governorate’s image by highlighting its unique attributes and promoting tourism.

The launch ceremony will span three days, featuring a press conference to unveil the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Award, as well as a symposium on digital transformation, where experts will present working papers on innovative strategies.

Earlier this year, a dedicated workshop was held to conceptualize the identity, incorporating input from community stakeholders and refining artistic elements based on their feedback. The result is a visual identity designed to resonate with residents and visitors alike, emphasizing Ad Dakhiliyah’s rich history and vibrant future.
