7,482 test positive for COVID-19 in Kerala on Oct.22

There was no let up in the number of people testing positive for COVID-19 with 7,482 cases on October 22, while 7,593 people under treatment tested negative on the day.

In a strange case in Kozhikode, 400 employees of a single establishing tested positive for the infection. Of the total 6,448 people got the infection through contact. Twenty-three deaths were confirmed as due to COVID-19 on the day.
