152 confirmed with COVID-19, 81 cured

One hundred and fifty-two people were confirmed with COVID-19 on June 24, according to Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. Eighty one people were cured of the infection.
Of those who were confirmed with the viral infection, 98 had arrived from abroad and 46 from other states of the country. Eight people got corona virus through contact.
Of those who arrived from other States, 15 are from Delhi, 12 from West Bengal, five each from Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, four from Karnataka, three from Andhra Pradesh, and one each from Gujarat and Goa.
Pathanamthitta district with 25 people having infected topped the list, In Kollam district 18 were infected, 17 in Kannur district, 16 in Palakkad district, 15 each in Thrissur and Alappuzha districts, 10 in Malappuram district, eight in Ernakulam district, seven in Kottayam district, six each in Idukki and Kasargod districts, four in Thiruvananthapuram district, three in Kozhikode district and two in Wayanad district were confirmed with COVID-10.
The number of infected has reached 3,603 and 1,691 were under treatment, with 1,54,759 under observation.
On June 24, 288 were admitted to hospitals with the infection.
