One hundred and twenty-seven people were confirmed with COVID-19 in Kerala on June 20. This was the highest total number of infected in the State so far. Three people got the infection through contact. Fifty-seven people were cured COVID-19, according to Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.
Out of the 127 infected, 87 people had arrived from abroad and 36 from other States of the country.
Twenty-four people were infected in Kollam district, 23 in Palakkad district, 17 in Pathanamthitta district, 12 in Kozhikode district, 11 in Kottayam district, seven in Kasaragod district, six in Thrissur district, five each in Malappuram and Thiruvananthapuram districts, four each in Kannur and Alappuzha districts, three in Ernakulam district and one in Idukki district.
