Woman dies after fire breaks out inside house in Kochi

 

Kochi: A 57-year-old woman, who sustained severe injuries in a fire that broke out in her house in Kochi, died on Monday. The blaze was reported in a house near South Atlantis junction at Monday noon.

The deceased has been identified as Pushpavally. She was alone in the house when the fire erupted. A neighbour said that a blast was heard from Pushpavally’s house and when rushed to the house, she was found lying on the bed with fire spreading on her body.
