Why classrooms don’t build happiness? Because our system of education is compulsive in nature.
Happiness is a real time phenomena, which is seeking by all the creature in the world. Plants and animals are naturally happy because it doesn’t have brain to alter their real time experience. Whereas the human being have brain which is being oscillated between past experience and future imaginations, which is causing worry, anxious and sorrow in their minds.
For the solution, some people are depending on liquor and drugs which help to stop the brain for some time and help them get real time experience like the animals being enjoyed and some are being enslaved with electronic media (playing, chatting, TV serials etc,) which also help them to get real time experience.
If we give enough attention on this matter and mold the education system by focusing this factor in mind, we can bring happiness in class rooms as well the society. If anybody like to do a research on this matter, I am pleased to engage with them with my views and ideas.

The fear of corporal punishment was one factor that made children afraid of school. These days one hears from parents of some kids that they love to go to school and hate weekends. Maybe because there is less to do in a flat than in a school where there are plenty of friends and kind teachers. Caning is banned too.
