UAE President Invited to Participate in G7 Summit in Canada

Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has received an official invitation from Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney to attend the upcoming G7 Summit, scheduled to take place in Canada from June 15 to 17.

The invitation to the United Arab Emirates highlights the nation’s growing global stature and its active role in fostering international cooperation. It also underscores the UAE’s contributions toward promoting global economic stability and addressing critical global challenges—particularly in areas such as energy security, advanced technologies, and artificial intelligence.

The UAE’s inclusion in this high-level forum reflects its recognition as a key international partner and a proactive contributor to global solutions. The summit is expected to bring together world leaders to deliberate on pressing international issues, including economic resilience, sustainability, innovation, and global security.
