Abu Dhabi: The UAE is cementing its position as a global hub for luxury private aviation with the launch of the world’s first postgraduate diploma in Private Aviation Management. The pioneering programme is a collaboration between Les Roches, a leading hospitality and leisure management school, and Jetex, a UAE-based global private aviation leader. The one-year Advanced Diploma in Private Aviation Management is set to commence in September 2025.
Designed to meet the growing demand for skilled professionals in the luxury aviation sector—projected to be worth $55.2 billion by 2031—the programme offers a globally immersive learning experience across three luxury destinations: Marbella (Spain), Crans-Montana (Switzerland), and Abu Dhabi (UAE), where classes will be held at the Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy – Les Roches.

An essential feature is a guaranteed six-month internship with Jetex in the UAE during the second semester, offering real-world training in one of the world’s most advanced aviation markets.
