Employees in the public sector as well as private sector in the UAE will get a six-day holiday for Eid Al Adha. The holiday will begin on 19th July, Day of Arafat, and end on 22nd July. Work will resume on 25th July.

The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) will organise a spectacular entertainment programme on Yas Island for this year’s Eid al-Adha celebrations.

Regional superstars Assala Nasri, Hussein Al Jasmi, Tamer Hosny and Myriam Fares will perform at Etihad Arena on July 22 and 23. There will be three days of dazzling firework displays over Yas Bay, from the first day of Eid al-Adha. The firework shows will also be broadcast every night at 21:00 on the Yas Island Instagram channel.

In Sharjah, Expo Al Dhaid, the sister concern of Expo Centre Sharjah, is set to host the first Eld Al Adha Exhibition from July 7 to 10 at Al Dhaid, the capital of the emirate’s Central Region. It will offer a tranquil shopping experience away from the city’s hustle for residents.
