Role of Irfan Pathan in Vikram’s Cobra revealed

Former Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan is making his acting debut with the Tamil movie Cobra, directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu, known for making movies like Demonte Colony, and Imaikka Nodigal. The film has none other than Chiyaan Vikram in the lead role, and it is expected to be a supernatural thriller.

According to the latest updates, it has been learned that Irfan Pathan is playing the role of an Interpol officer in Cobra. A couple of days back, director Ajay Gnanmuthu released the first look poster of the movie that featured Irfan, and it clearly indicated that the cricketer is playing the character of a French Interpol officer named Aslan Yilmaz.

Srinidhi Shetty is playing the role of the lady lead in this movie. The supporting star cast includes Roshan Mathew, Miya, KS Ravikumar, Sarjano Khalid, Padmapriya, and Babu Antony.

Mozart of Madras A R Rahman is composing the music of this movie, while the cinematography is handled by Harish Kannan. The film is produced by S S Lalit Kumar under the banner of Seven Screen Studios.

More than 75 percent of the filming is already completed, but it was halted due to the coronavirus lockdown measures.
