Until the release of ‘Baahubali: The Beginning’, Prabhas was one among those many stars in Tollywood specialized in doing commercial potboilers. However, the Baahubali franchise, directed by acclaimed filmmaker SS Rajamouli changed the career of Prabhas, and he emerged as a Pan Indian actor with fans all across the nation.
Now, Prabhas has successfully garnered more than 20 million followers on Facebook, and it clearly indicates the growing star power of the actor. After achieving this milestone feat, Prabhas thanked everyone by posting an adorable picture on his Facebook page. The post shared by Prabhas has already gone viral, and within 30 minutes, it has racked up more than 55,000 likes.
Prabhas is currently awaiting the release of his new movie ‘Radhe Shyam’, a multilingual romantic movie directed by Radhe Krishna Kumar. The film will be simultaneously released in both Telugu and Hindi.
After this film, Prabhas will join the shooting of a sci-fi thriller that will be directed by Nag Ashwin. According to reports, the film will narrate a thrilling story in the backdrop of World War 3.
Prabhas will be later doing the lead role in ‘Adipurush’ which will be helmed by Om Raut. Close sources to the movie suggest that Prabhas will be playing the role of Lord Ram in this film. Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan has been roped in to enact the role of the lead antagonist in ‘Adipurush’ which will be made with a lavish budget.
