Muscat: Speaking at the 8th OSHRM Conference under the theme “Leadership in the Open Space,” His Excellency Eng. Bader Al Maamari highlighted the Board’s recent initiative to incorporate electric vehicles into the government fleet. These vehicles are managed through an integrated electronic system designed to enhance operational efficiency and cut costs.
His Excellency Al Maamari emphasized that the Tender Board is committed to reformulating its institutional framework to better empower public institutions, increase efficiency, and deliver on long-term sustainability goals. He underscored that the real challenge today lies not in reacting to changes, but in the readiness of institutions to anticipate and adapt to future developments.
He called for a shift toward deeper, more actionable concepts of sustainability and a clear understanding of the rapid transformations shaping national projects and the work environment.
