Oman sees 13.9% surge in commercial registrations in 2024

MUSCAT : This figure was shared by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion during its annual media briefing held in Muscat, today.

The Ministry also announced that the first edition of the ‘Advantage Oman’ forum will take place on April 27–28 at the Invest in Oman in Oman Hall in Muscat. The forum, a part of the Ministry’s ongoing investment promotion efforts, will focus on global investment trends, sectoral opportunities, and the competitive advantages Oman offers.

The media briefing was attended by His Excellency Qais bin Mohammed Al Yousef, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion; His Excellency Dr. Saleh bin Saeed Masan, Undersecretary for Commerce and Industry; Her Excellency Ibtisam bint Ahmed Al Farooji, Undersecretary for Investment Promotion; and His Excellency Pankaj Khimji, Advisor for Foreign Trade and International Cooperation; among other ministry officials.
