Muscat : The 5th edition of the Oman Human Resources Forum, themed “Mechanisms for Empowering National Competencies and Increasing Productivity”, commenced today in Muscat, bringing together industry leaders, HR professionals, and policymakers to shape the future of Omani talent development.
Held under the patronage of HH Sayyida Hujaija Jaifar Al Said, the forum focused on enhancing the skills and capabilities of Omani human capital to ensure long-term growth and sustainability amid accelerating global changes.
Participants explored practical strategies to upgrade national competencies, positioning Omani professionals as key drivers of innovation and economic progress. The forum emphasized the importance of aligning workforce capabilities with the evolving needs of the labor market and embracing a culture of continuous development.
A central theme of the discussions was the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) tools into workplace ecosystems.
