Muscat: The National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) has launched a nationwide phone-based survey to gather insights from Omani citizens aged 18 and above across all governorates. The initiative aims to assess public opinion on a range of important topics, including the labour market, popular sports and recreational activities, and satisfaction with regional tourism services.
The survey is being conducted by the Information Reports Department of the NCSI as part of its ongoing efforts to support evidence-based policymaking. By collecting real-time, accurate data that reflects the lived experiences of Omanis, the Centre seeks to help shape more effective national strategies and initiatives.
Citizens are encouraged to engage openly and provide honest feedback, as their responses will directly influence the development and improvement of services across the country.
To ensure privacy and public trust, the NCSI reaffirmed that all responses will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for statistical analysis, in full compliance with Royal Decree No. 55/2019.
