NCB summons Arjun Rampal again in drug probe

Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal has been summoned again for questioning by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). The NCB is probing the Bollywood drug case linked to Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. Arjun Rampal has been summoned to the NCB office tomorrow (December 16) for further questioning in the case.

Earlier Arjun had been questioned by the NCB on November 13. Gabriella Demetriades, Arjun’s girlfriend, was also questioned for two days. The NCB officials summoned the couple after raiding Arjun’s house on November 10. The actor’s driver was also arrested and was questioned by the NCB officials.

Arjun and Gabriella were questioned a month after the arrest of Gabriella’s brother, Agisialos Demetriades. Agisialos was arrested by the agency in another drug case. The NCB had seized a small quantity of Hashish and Alprazolam tablets, both banned narcotic drugs, from him.

Agisialos was in touch with Omega Godwin, a Nigerian national arrested for the supply of cocaine in Mumbai. Agisialos was arrested after Omega Godwin revealed his name in front of NCB officials. Ex-Dharma Productions employee Kshitij Prasad was also arrested by the NCB in the same case. He was, however, granted bail by the special court. Both Agisialos and Kshitij Prasad were in touch with Omega Godwin.
