Mi TV Lux Transparent Edition: Redefine your visual experience

Xiaomi is a company known for introducing cutting-edge technologies to their products. Recently, the company has launched Mi smart televisions in the Indian market, and these gadgets priced at Rs 13,000 (32 inches smart TV) succeeded in capturing the hearts of customers in the country. Now, Xiaomi has launched a premium television in China which is expected to hit the Indian markets also very soon.

The television named Mi TV Lux Transparent Edition is touted to be the world’s first transparent TV that is basically a blend of cutting-edge display technology and exquisite industrial design. This television comes at a size of 55 inches (1,920×1,080 pixels), and it is aimed at people who love to enjoy their favorite movies and television shows without compromising the visual quality.

The design adopted by Xiaomi to make this transparent TV is undoubtedly spectacular. There are narrow bezels on the top and side of this television, and on the bottom, we can see the television sitting in a circular base that houses speakers and other electronics.

Being a transparent television, there is absolutely no backlight, and viewers will feel that the visuals are actually floating.

This smart television is powered with quad-core Cortex-A73 CPU and Mali-G52 MC1 GPU with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. The 8W speakers equipped in this gadget offers Dolby Atmos support, along with Dolby Digital Plus and DTS-HD.

When it comes to connectivity, this device comes with dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, three HDMI ports, two USB ports, an AV port, and an Ethernet port. Mi TV Lux Transparent Edition also has a built-in app store. The device runs on the MIUI platform which is exclusively designed for televisions.

This television is priced at CNY 49,999 in China, and this amount is equivalent to roughly Rs 5.37 lakhs in India.
