Livguard Solar, one of the leading solar panels, inverters and batteries manufacturer, has launched their new generation Livguard Grid Interactive Hybrid (GIH) Inverter which has got KSEB approval for solar power generation in Kerala.
The product was launched by Beljin Paoulose, General Manager, Livguard Solar, by handing over a unit to Jackson Mathew, the company’s distribution partner in Kerala, in a function held in Kochi. Speaking on the occasion, Beljin Paulose said the new Livguard Grid Interactive Hybrid (GIH) Inverter will work both off-grid and on-grid. While there is power on-grid, it will work automatically off-grid. The product is ideal for solar power generation for domestic uses ranging from 3 to 5 kW. He also said the company targets to sell at least 1000 units in Kerala this year.
In addition to the GIH inverter, Livguard also produces off-grid range from 1 to 15 kW; batteries ranging from 40 to 200 Ah and solar panels with capacities to produce 40 to 400 W. The company is part of the Rs.3000 crores SAR group. Jackson Mathew, Managing Director, GSL Energy Solutions, Livguard’s distribution partner in Kerala, said GSL offers fully integrated solar power solutions from installation to maintenance and till date the company has installed solar power generation units totalling a capacity over 3.1 MW.
