Kerala’s COVID-19 caseload rises to 9.44 lakh with 6,356 new cases

Kerala reported 6,356 fresh Covid-19 cases on February 3, informed Health Minister K. K. Shailaja in a press statement. The test positivity rate was recorded at 10.60 percent.

Now the total caseload in the state rose to 9,44,709. The state also registered 6,380 recoveries on this day.

Twenty deaths reported in the state took the total death toll to 3,796.

In the last 24 hours, 59,635 samples have been tested. In total, 97,72,067 samples (including routine, airport surveillance, pooled sentinel, CBNAAT, TrueNAT, CLIA and antigen assay) were sent for testing.
