An Indian couple, Hiren Adhiya and his wife Vidhi, was found dead in a villa in the Arabian Ranches locality in Dubai, in the early hours of June 18, Gulf News reported. It is suspected to be a case of robbery and a suspect has been arrested.
Vipul, the Consul General of India in Dubai, said the consulate is in touch with friends and two daughters of the deceased couple. “All the jewellery has been recovered,” he said.
He said the couple ran their own business and had an office in Sharjah. The couple did not have any relatives in the UAE and their daughters, aged 13 and 18, are currently staying with family friends.
