To bolster its commitment to excellence, Humberts UAE has also appointed Summer Megdadi, RS, as Director of Reserve Studies. Megdadi is a credentialed Reserve Specialist from the Community Associations Institute and an experienced engineer. Her expertise further solidifies Humberts’s leadership in reserve studies, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and strategic financial planning for property owners and developers.
