There is discrimination  in the class room creating in equities,  developing negative attitude and hatred to going to school for few students.  Its taking place in many countries- racial discrimination to certain extend. Principals can minimise this by a) meetings with class monitors,  selected student groups and getting feedback  b) close  monitoring of class room activities, checking the assessment at random, verifying the participation of students in extracurricular  activities c) giving orientation to teachers ( teachers should know, principal is following)  d) insisting heterogeneity  in class  e) feedback of parents after checking the genuineness. 
Sir,  same mistake is done by certain principals , ie by keeping few teachers as pets, giving chances for favourites which is also to be avoided . Some prefer divide and rule which is a wrong policy. principal  should  belive in teamwork.]]></description>
