Abu Dhabi: Global AI device ecosystem leader HONOR has officially launched its first Authorized Experience Store and Service Centre in Abu Dhabi, marking a major milestone in its expansion strategy across the UAE.
The grand opening ceremony, held on May 23, 2025, was attended by HONOR’s key regional partners, including Ahmad Badri, Director of Eros Group, and Foad Jaffal, Chairman of Tornado Group, along with other distinguished guests. The event featured live activities, celebrity appearances, and lucky draws.
Located on Tawi Shouf Street in Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi, the 134-square-meter flagship store blends immersive retail with comprehensive after-sales support. Customers can explore HONOR’s latest innovations in a modern, interactive setting that includes themed product zones for accessories, smartwatches, and mobile devices.
“This launch is a strategic step in strengthening HONOR’s market presence in the UAE,” said Laurance Li, Country Manager, HONOR GCC. “The store serves as a dedicated space for customers to engage directly with our innovations, experience our technology firsthand, and access top-tier service—all under one roof.”
The store also functions as a certified service centre staffed by trained technicians and equipped with industry-standard tools. In line with the UAE’s digital transformation goals, the new outlet supports local partnerships with distributors and service providers, contributing to the growth of the region’s tech retail ecosystem.
