RIYADH : His Highness Sayyid Asaad bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Special Representative of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, has arrived in Riyadh to lead Oman’s delegation at the Gulf-US Summit.
Upon arrival at King Khalid International Airport, His Highness and his accompanying delegation were welcomed by dignitaries including His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Saud, Deputy Governor of Riyadh Region; His Excellency Jassim Mohammed Al-Budaiwi, Secretary General of the GCC; His Excellency Ambassador Ibrahim bin Saad bin Bishan, Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Oman; along with several senior officials from Saudi Arabia and members of Oman’s Embassy in Riyadh.
The Gulf-US Summit, held today in Riyadh, brings together leaders and officials from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and the United States to discuss regional cooperation, security, and strategic partnerships. Oman’s participation underscores its continued commitment to diplomatic engagement and regional stability.
His Highness is accompanied by an official delegation comprising His Excellency Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Minister of Foreign Affairs; His Excellency Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Saidi, Minister of Justice and Legal Affairs; His Excellency Dr. Said bin Mohammed Al Saqri, Minister of Economy; His Excellency Sayyid Najib bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Ambassador of Oman to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Permanent Representative to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and Permanent Representative to the Digital Cooperation Organization; along with the Secretary-General and an Advisor from His Highness’s Office.
