After the success of Baahubali franchise, Prabhas emerged as a Pan Indian star, and as a result, expectations surrounding Saaho was sky high before its release. However, upon its theatrical release in 2019, it flopped at the Indian box-office. Even though audiences praised Prabhas for his scintillating screen presence and style, it was the weak screenplay that spoiled everything.
But now, the makers of Saaho have something to rejoice. It was around a few days back that theaters in Japan were reopened post the coronavirus outbreak. Saaho which had its release in Japanese theaters has now apparently impressed audiences and critics alike.
