Rajinikanth is the biggest superstar in the Indian film industry, and the actor enjoys a huge fan following in all nooks of the nation. According to the latest updates, a biopic of the actor is going to be made soon, and the makers are very keen to rope in Dhanush to play the lead role in this flick.

Even though no official announcement has been made yet about this news, it is already making the rounds on social media and fans are sharing it across all the platforms.

Dhanush will be next seen in the movie ‘Jagame Thanthiram’, directed by Karthik Subbaraj. Karthik Subbaraj’s previous movie ‘Petta’ with Rajinikanth in the lead role was a huge hit, and audiences expect the same with this movie as well.

Another movie of Dhanush which is currently in its production stage is ‘Karnan’. The film is directed by Pariyerum Perumal fame Mari Selvaraj. This rural drama is one of the most anticipated movies in Kollywood, and it is apparently handling a subject which has huge social significance.

On the other hand, Rajinikanth’s upcoming movie is Annaatthe, directed by Siva. The film has four heroines including Nayanthara, Keerthy Suresh, Khushbu Sundar and Meena. The shooting of the movie is temporarily stopped due to the coronavirus pandemic.
