Well said sir.
Schools play a vital role in producing TQP.
( Total Quality People-- People with character, integrity, good values, and a positive attitude. ) Our actions are influenced by our attitude. Positive attitude bring us SUCCESS! Why some people fail, some people succeed? Simple answer is their attitude. Most successful people are TQP!!!

Famous quote, - Attitude not Aptitude decides our Altitude !
In class room teachers can adopt the following for bringing positive attitude:

1.Teach Positive Actions
Teach students positive behaviors in a systematic way;

A.The importance of doing positive to feel good about themselves.
B.Positive actions for a healthy body (such as nutrition, exercise, and sleep).
C.Positive actions for the intellect (such as thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills).
D.Positive actions for self-management (such as managing time, energy, emotions, and other personal resources).
E. Positive actions for getting along with others (such as treating others fairly, kindly, and respectfully).
F.Positive actions for being honest with yourself and others (such as taking responsibility, admitting mistakes, and not blaming others).
G.Positive actions .for improving yourself continually (such as setting and achieving goals).

Instill Intrinsic Motivation.
Give all students equal acceptance. Even a teacher calling a student by the name will cheer up a student. Recognition and appreciation is important.
Students who have positive relationships with teachers are more engaged in learning. ...

Teach them how to learn from failure. FAIL is First Attempt In Learning!
Tell students about great men's success stories through their failures.

Positive attitude only bring right character right character bring right actions and right actions lead to success!!!
