As many as 52,123 fresh cases were registered within a span of 24-hours on Thursday, taking the total to 15,83,792, according to the Union Health Ministry.
A total of 775 deaths were reported in the last 24 hours taking the death toll to 34,968 from 34,193.

The national capital reported 1,035 covid-19 cases on July 29 taking the total number of cases in Delhi to 1,32,275.
