Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are now married

Family members and close friends of the couple attended the wedding at Ranbir’s house Vastu.

New Delhi: The much-awaited wedding of Alia and Ranbir is now over. The couple is now married. They solemnized their relationship at Ranbir’s Pali Hill residence, Vastu. Neetu Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Soni Razdan, Shaheen Bhatt, Mahesh Bhatt, Pooja Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Karan Johar, Navya Naveli Nanda and Akash Ambani among others were present at the wedding venue.

It all had started when Alia had confessed her feelings on Karan Johar’s chat show, Koffee With Karan. Later, in another interview, when Ranbir was asked to react to this, he had mentioned that he has a boy crush on her too.

When they had met on the shooting floors of their first film, Brahmastra in 2017, Cupid had struck them with his best arrows, and the rest is history. Currently, everyone has glued their eyes to their smartphones to get a glimpse of the bride and the groom-to-be. The much-in-love couple had made their relationship official when they had walked into Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja’s reception party hand-in-hand.

On Wednesday, the couple conducted their pre-wedding ceremonies. Ranbir hosted the mehendi and haldi ceremonies at his Pali Hill residence Vastu. Several celebrities including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karisma Kapoor and Karan Johar, among others were present for the rituals. On Wednesday evening, Neetu Kapoor and Riddhima Kapoor Sahni confirmed to the paparazzi that Alia and Ranbir will tied the knot on April 14.
