Ajman Opens 1,263 New Paid Parking Spaces Across the City

Ajman: The Ajman Municipality has announced the launch of 1,263 new paid parking spots in key locations throughout the city, effective Saturday, June 21, 2025. The announcement was made via the municipality’s official X (formerly Twitter) account.

The newly designated paid parking zones are located along:

  • Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi Street (near Garden City Towers)
  • Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Nuaimi Street (near Ajman Pearl Towers)
  • Al Baraa bin Malik Street
  • Osama bin Zaid Street

This initiative is part of Ajman Municipality’s ongoing strategy to improve traffic flow and organise parking infrastructure more efficiently across the emirate.

Parking Hours and Free Periods

Paid parking is applicable from Saturday to Thursday, during the following hours:

  • Morning: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Evening: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

However, parking remains free on Fridays and public holidays.
In addition, certain zones — especially those near public parks — offer free parking daily from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, encouraging recreational visits during off-peak hours.

Municipal authorities urge residents and visitors to adhere to the updated parking regulations to avoid fines and ensure smoother traffic across the city.
